IMPORTANT INFORMATION.... Monday 13th July

On Monday the 13th July we will be holding an event for Year 2 on the field (Enormous Crocodiles one side and BFG on the other).

This will be to catch up with you all, give you some goodbye gifts and for Enormous Crocodiles to meet their new teacher - Miss Mahmood.

It will run between 1.30 and 3.00 and children should be dropped off by their parents at the gate at the bottom of the school field where they will be met by their teacher. If it rains then we will have the event in the school hall.

Children will not need to wear school uniform.

If you have any questions you can ask on your weekly phonecall or email us!

Today you have a game! Roll the dice game and use your times table facts or arrays to work out the total of the numbers multiplied together. You can make it and do it with family or friends on zoom! Whoever works it out first wins.

If you don’t have a dice you can do numbered paper 1-10 and turn 2 pieces of paper around each time OR you can follow these instructions to make a dice https://www.firstpalette.com/craft/paper-dice.html.

Can you work out the total of these amounts using grapes OR another food like Miss Burnett.

I made 3 groups of 2 and found the total was 6.

Can you work these out using groups of food?
