Kingfisher Community

10 September 2020

What a lovely start to the term in Kingfisher!

We have really enjoyed learning about where we and our families are from. Kingfisher have learnt that even though we are from different backgrounds we are part of the same community. We all have similar goals and aim to work hard to achieve them.

Our display shows we are from all over the world but are still connected as one community. If you look closely at our hearts you will see where we are all from.

We love that you have made a perfect circle shape and that you are all holding hands.

    HI Year 3 Kingfisher,

We really loved your people standing on top of the world. We also thought people holding hands was a really nice touch.

Swallow Class like how the people are standing all around the world. We like how you have used different colours to make it colourful. We like how each person is showing where they are from.

Swift Class really like the way that you are holding hands all around the world because we think community is important. We enjoyed spotting the flags on your t-shirts - they were very creative and detailed!
