We reopened More 4 Kids on Wednesday 2nd September 2020. We have completed a risk assessment to make sure the club is as safe as possible. The key points from this are on the latest newsletter, whcih you can see here. The club also makes use of the Sports Hall, so that we have more space. As you may know, children usually spend a lot of time outside at More 4 Kids, playing on the adventure zone and the field and riding bikes - and we will continue this.
If you have used the club before then you will be familiar with the online booking system. You can book now for term 1 if you wish. If you are not sure about the booking process, please speak to the school office.
This term we are looking forward to visiting Trinity every Wednesday for some forest school activities. We will not be back at school until around 5.35 on Wednesdays.
One change for this term is that helmets are compulsory for children wanting to ride bikes. We encourage you to bring your own bike and helmet if you can, though we do have a few at More 4 Kids.
We look forward to welcoming you!
Thank you, from Fatoumata and the team!
The club is run by a Playleader and supported by the Deputy Playworker. The club is open to all children at Hannah More and there are 20 places each day. Younger children are collected from their classrooms and older children make their own way to the club. After a snack (something like pasta, cheese on toast, hummus and veg sticks etc), children enjoy free play (usually outside - in our lovely school grounds). There are also activities on offer each day, such as art and craft or cooking. At 4.30pm we have another snack, then there's more fun and games until we close at 6.00pm.
